1. Cancellation Policy

For Digital Products & Services

• Once a digital product (such as software, templates, or other downloadable content) has been purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable.
• Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
• If a service has not yet been started, you may request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase for a full or partial refund (subject to review). Once the request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source within 4–5 business days.

For Custom Development Services

• If a project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
• If work has already started, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made and expenses incurred.
• No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.

• Any third-party fees, such as payment gateway charges, may be deducted from the refund amount.
